How your credits work
Credits are simply how Draimo measures AI work. Before starting, we estimate the job. You only pay for work that is completed, and failed work is refunded.
While we work
For uploads, we count the readable content inside your files—not the technical file packaging or upload size.
After we finish
A successful job is charged within the shown range. If it fails, the charge is returned.

Uploads
We look at the useful content in your files. If an upload is large, you will see the estimated range and maximum first. Canceling at that point costs nothing.
Refunds
If Draimo cannot complete the work or save the result, you should not be charged for it. Your balance is updated from our records, not from what your browser happens to display.
How to avoid surprises
- Start with a clear request. “Summarize Chapter 1” is easier to estimate than “do everything in this course.”
- Read the approval screen. For a large upload, check the estimate and maximum before Maria starts.
- Continue your saved plan. For study work, use “Continue Chapter 1” instead of uploading the same material again.
