Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, malware and unauthorized access.
  • Privacy violations, harassment, doxxing, unauthorized surveillance and discriminatory profiling.
  • Copyright infringement, unauthorized scraping, spam and attempts to bypass safety, rate or entitlement controls.
  • Dangerous autonomous actions, purchases, messages or high-impact decisions without required approval and human review.
  • Academic dishonesty, manipulation of evaluations and misrepresentation of AI-generated work where disclosure is required.

2. User content and reports

Do not submit content you are not authorized to process. Report harmful, unlawful, infringing or materially inaccurate content through team@draimo.com. Draimo will use proportionate notice-and-action, account safeguards and repeat-infringer procedures subject to applicable law.

3. Enforcement

Draimo may limit, suspend or terminate access where necessary for safety, security, law or contract enforcement. We will preserve evidence and provide appropriate explanations and appeal/recovery routes where required.
