Refunds, Cancellation and Withdrawal
1. Products and billing
Draimo offers credit-based operations and may offer daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plans. The checkout displays the applicable product, price, currency, billing period, renewal rule, credits, taxes and material limitations before payment.
2. Cancellation
Users may cancel through the account or checkout path provided for their plan. Cancellation takes effect according to the plan terms displayed at purchase. Any remaining access or credits are handled according to those terms and applicable law.
3. Refunds and failed work
Execution reservations include settlement and refund paths for unused credits. Refunds for failed requests, partial consumption, fraud, chargebacks and promotional credits are handled according to the applicable plan terms and law. Submit requests to team@draimo.com.
4. EU/EEA withdrawal
EU consumers retain mandatory withdrawal and digital-content rights. Where a user asks Draimo to begin performance during a withdrawal period, the checkout explains the applicable consequences in a clear manner. Draimo does not rely on a pre-checked waiver.
5. Payment information
Payment processing is handled through the payment methods presented at checkout. The final amount, settlement currency and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or service fees.
