Terms of Service

1. Contracting party and scope

Draimo is the platform. Maria is Draimo’s AI Assistant. The platform is operated by Safariblocks Ltd, a company established in Kenya, registration number PVT-5JUEG6GY. Registered office and postal address: Madonna Hse, Mpaka Road, Westlands, Kenya. These terms apply to individual consumers, students, professionals, business and organization users, and developers using Draimo APIs. Enterprise customers may require a separate signed agreement.

2. Service and AI limitations

Draimo provides conversational AI, research, file and document analysis, storage, generation, learning and workflow tools. Maria and other Draimo features use AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable for a particular decision. Users must review outputs before relying on them. Draimo does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, immigration or other regulated professional advice.

3. Accounts, age and authority

Users must meet the minimum age stated during registration and use the same rule across signup, OAuth, WhatsApp and product onboarding. A person creating an organization account represents that they have authority to bind that organization. Do not upload children’s, special-category or confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary authority.

4. User content and outputs

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files and other submitted content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for processing. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Draimo provides the generated output to you for the uses allowed by your plan and any enterprise agreement; Draimo does not restrict all outputs to academic or personal use. AI output may not be unique and must be reviewed for rights, accuracy and suitability.

5. Integrations, agents and approvals

Connected Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, Apps Hub tools and agents operate only within the permissions and scopes presented to the user. Users remain responsible for reviewing permissions and outputs. Consequential actions, messages, purchases, external submissions and other high-impact actions require appropriate human approval and may be unavailable until safeguards are implemented.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Draimo for illegal activity, credential theft, malware, privacy violations, harassment, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, unauthorized surveillance, dangerous autonomous actions, spam, safety-control bypasses, evaluation manipulation or high-impact decisions without required human review. Draimo may use notice-and-action, suspension and repeat-infringer procedures, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.

7. Credits, plans and subscriptions

The applicable plan price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, renewal rule, credit amount, expiration, cancellation, refund and promotional-credit terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable plan information. Draimo uses credit reservations, usage settlement and refund paths for eligible operations. Payment processing is provided through the payment methods presented at checkout.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Draimo respects applicable EU/EEA withdrawal, conformity, remedy, unfair-terms and digital-content rights, as well as applicable Kenyan consumer protections. A Nairobi-only forum clause will not be used to override mandatory consumer jurisdiction or remedies.

9. Availability and termination

The service may change, be unavailable or contain beta features. Draimo will use proportionate notice and recovery processes where required. Suspension or termination will not remove mandatory consumer remedies or lawful access, export, complaint, accounting or security-retention duties. Account deletion is subject to the deletion workflow and documented legal exceptions.

10. Liability and disputes

Liability clauses cannot exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Any governing-law and dispute provisions are subject to mandatory consumer rights, applicable private-international-law rules and the right to bring a complaint to a competent authority.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will use appropriate notice and, where required, fresh acceptance rather than blanket continued-use language. Version history will be maintained.
