Subprocessor Notice

1. Register status

Draimo maintains a service-provider register covering Firebase, Supabase, Paystack, model providers, Google APIs, Pinecone, Cloudflare Browser Run, Tavily, Cloud Run, Resend, OneSignal and Twilio or WhatsApp services used by applicable features. The register is updated when providers or processing purposes change. Enterprise customers may request current provider details through team@draimo.com.

2. Publication requirements

• Provider and service.
• Data categories and purpose.
• Processing location and transfer mechanism.
• Date added and provider privacy information.
• Enterprise change-notice subscription mechanism.

3. Change notices

Enterprise customers may subscribe to material service-provider change notices through team@draimo.com. Draimo assesses provider changes for security, privacy and service impact before adoption.
