1. You are interacting with AI

Maria is Draimo's professionally trained and developed AI Assistant. Her responses are grounded in expertly designed context and ongoing safeguards. Errors are uncommon but possible. Maria is designed to direct users to authoritative information when the available context does not support a reliable answer, rather than inventing unsupported information. The product shows a clear AI disclosure before or at first interaction and in the ongoing workspace. Dynamic model routing may select different providers for a task.

2. Inputs and processing

Depending on the feature and permission, AI processing may use prompts, conversation context, uploaded files, institution or workplace context, connected Gmail or Calendar information, web sources and application data. Draimo uses carefully selected service providers to operate these features and applies contractual and technical controls appropriate to the service.

3. Limitations and review

• Professional engineering and expertly designed context make errors uncommon, but no AI system is error-free. Rare mistakes, omissions, source bias or outdated information can occur.
• Maria is designed to acknowledge knowledge boundaries and direct users to authoritative information rather than invent unsupported answers.
• Research sources and citations do not guarantee completeness or correctness.
• Generated legal, medical, financial, employment, academic or business material must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person.
• Generated text, images or files may not remain detectable after copying, editing, screenshots or format conversion.

4. Agents and actions

Agents operate within granted permissions. Sensitive actions should require scoped authorization, human approval, re-authentication, spending limits and an audit trail. Draimo will not describe autonomous actions as risk-free.

5. Reporting and oversight

Users can report harmful, incorrect or unlawful output through team@draimo.com. Team administrators should provide appropriate AI literacy and human oversight. Draimo maintains transparency and review controls for applicable AI requirements.
