Draimo is committed to accessible product experiences and ongoing WCAG 2.2 AA improvement across public, chat, checkout, file and organization workflows. Users can report barriers to team@draimo.com.

• Keyboard and screen-reader access across streaming AI, research panels, uploads and checkout.
• Contrast, focus, mobile overflow, error recovery and reduced-motion behavior.
• Accessible legal, consent, privacy-request and account-deletion workflows.
• Whether the European Accessibility Act applies and whether the microenterprise service exemption is available.
