Product Observability and Calendar Improvements
Draimo can now learn where people get stuck through privacy-conscious product analytics, while timetable imports are easier to review and recover from.
Product Observability and Calendar Improvements
We added the foundations for learning from real product usage and continued tightening the Calendar import experience. The goal is to see where users need help, then use that evidence to improve the workflow.
Better product feedback loops
- Added privacy-conscious Microsoft Clarity session tracking across Draimo's web experience so interaction friction, abandonment, and usability issues can be investigated with real sessions.
- Expanded What's New tracking for page views, searches, filters, and individual update opens so release communication can be measured.
- Kept existing product analytics coverage for authentication, pricing, payments, chat, upgrades, uploads, and learning workflows.
More dependable timetable imports
- Improved calendar extraction and normalization for timetable imports.
- Strengthened the review step so imported events can be checked before they are added to a user's calendar.
- Improved recovery and user feedback when a timetable cannot be read or contains incomplete information.
These changes make it easier to spot real user friction and safer for users to bring their schedules into Draimo.
