We rebuilt the upload and analysis path so Maria receives real file content consistently, recovers better from transient failures, and gives clearer messages when a file cannot be processed.

• Added stronger validation for file type, MIME type, extension, and file size.
• Improved upload state handling so failed or incomplete files cannot be sent into analysis.
• Added retry and timeout handling around upload, storage, and visual analysis.
• Improved image analysis prompts for clearer, more specific visual responses.

This update directly reduces cases where users saw vague file analysis errors or had to clear browser cache to recover.
