Institution Intelligence, Learning, and Workflow Update

This release brings together the major improvements made across Draimo since our previous update. It makes Maria more relevant to each user's institution, turns ExamPredictor into a focused learning workspace, opens a WhatsApp entry point, strengthens document creation and understanding, expands the Developer Platform, and fixes the Draimo for Teams purchase flow.

A more personal institution-aware experience

  • Expanded the institution catalog to include Strathmore University, University of Nairobi, USIU-Africa, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Princeton University, Daystar University, JKUAT, and Kabarak University.
  • A user's selected institution now scopes campus-specific retrieval before Maria answers, reducing the risk of information from different universities being mixed together.
  • Added deeper official-source context for USIU-Africa, JKUAT, and Strathmore, while refreshing University of Nairobi coverage and preserving official page links for verification.
  • Expanded Strathmore faculty coverage to 143 profiles across SBS, SCES, SHSS, SIMS, SLS, and STH, including newly verified lecturer profiles.
  • Institution-specific facts such as fees, deadlines, admissions, programmes, accommodation, and staff details now require supporting context; when evidence is unavailable, Maria is instructed to say so instead of guessing.

ExamPredictor is now a dedicated learning workspace

  • Moved ExamPredictor out of the old chat-mode flow and into its own focused workspace.
  • Added course and topic organization, predicted focus areas, daily missions, practice questions, mock exams, readiness tracking, achievements, streaks, and rewards.
  • Mastery is now earned through assessed answers and scheduled review instead of relying on a manual mastered button.
  • Improved topic-title and evidence handling so long analysis text no longer spills into headings or coaching labels.
  • Added a migration path for existing browser-saved ExamPredictor work so returning users can carry their earlier workspace forward.

Draimo on WhatsApp

  • Added WhatsApp as a first-class way to reach Draimo from the landing page and Apps Hub.
  • Added secure account linking so WhatsApp activity can use the correct Draimo account and credit balance.
  • Added support for inbound messages and media, delivery tracking, duplicate-message protection, and asynchronous processing for faster webhook responses.
  • Used the official WhatsApp identity throughout the entry and connection experience so the channel is easy to recognize.

Stronger document understanding and Timetabler imports

  • Unified document conversion behind one more reliable extraction path for DOCX, PDF, TXT, CSV, XLSX, and related upload workflows.
  • Improved how Maria, Co-Writer, Calendar, and other file-aware experiences receive structured document text.
  • Consolidated timetable imports into the Calendar workflow with a review step before imported events are accepted.
  • Improved upload validation, failure handling, and recovery so incomplete files are less likely to enter analysis.

Template-first Artifact creation

  • Added an Artifact workflow for creating structured documents and presentations from a clear request.
  • Draimo can identify the intended output, ask structured clarification questions, select a suitable template, and preserve the template's established structure and formatting.
  • Built the foundations for saved artifact versions, section-level revision, private file storage, downloads, and a handoff into Co-Writer for continued editing.
  • Improved institutional template fidelity, including a cleaner editable Strathmore Business School report workflow and safer branding defaults when no approved template is available.

A stronger Developer Platform

  • Added a new public documentation structure with quickstarts, concepts, guides, API reference material, SDK guidance, examples, and support information.
  • Expanded the API with account details, file analysis, payments, payment status, webhook testing, apps, chat, research, summarization, and deeper reasoning workflows.
  • Added request IDs, schema validation, scoped API keys, rate limits, idempotent payment requests, credit reservation and refunds, signed webhooks, and safer callback URL validation.
  • Added stronger abuse controls without storing raw client IP addresses.

Draimo for Teams is back in Buy Credits

  • Restored Draimo for Teams to the Buy Credits modal for students, parents, university staff, and professionals.
  • The plan now clearly shows per-member credits, storage, collaboration, centralized billing, invoicing, and team-seat management.
  • Added a guided team roster step with email validation, duplicate detection, and supported team-size limits.
  • Corrected the final payment total so invited members and the purchaser's admin seat are counted consistently in the preview, order, and card checkout.

Product-wide polish and reliability

  • Improved semantic success, warning, error, and information states across billing, uploads, apps, scheduling, ExamPredictor, admin tools, and account screens.
  • Improved credit and entitlement handling so paid capabilities are checked against server-authoritative account state.
  • Renamed the recurring account email to Draimo Usage Update and made usage communication clearer.
  • Continued improving responsive layouts, accessible contrast, loading states, and payment feedback across Draimo.
Together, these changes make Draimo more personal to each institution, more useful for real learning and document work, easier to access, and safer to depend on for payments, files, and developer workflows.
